is chain skill useful for reroller? I mean, you need to max limit break other skill record to use the skill, right Miku?

@@subatomo942 Which I did say that you will need to have mlb skill for more switch dmg but early doesn’t matter too much. So reroll for a full burst skill into chain skill is still good. Though then again you don’t have to pull for chain skills since it’s new but it let the player try the new mechanics
