As much as I appreciate JFK Reloaded, RFK Revelations was such a massive step up mechanically that it makes it hard to go back. Ronald Regan Reckoning was a disapointing follow up with all the unnecessary RPG mechanics and the trickle down XP system, but Shinzo Abe Retribution was a step in the right direction for the series, even if I'm not a big fan of crafting systems.

I really did not expect this! But this is a fantastic look at the game and the culture surrounding it. I remember hearing about it as a kid through magazines discussing it. I imagined something much more vile than the edgy yet serious tone it seemed to go for. Both it and the Columbine RPG Maker games were treated like boogymen, devilish and evil with nothing redeeming to them at all. Yet the idea of recreating a scenario as closely as possible to examine a moment in history, to show both that it was possible while also getting across just how difficult it was... It's a fascinating idea.

I remember downloading this as a kid and showing it to my friends in highschool around 2006. You could turn the realism down and having all the vehicles just run over everybody, I remember my friend and I laughing till we almost puked at how silly and psychotic the drivers were if you turned the realism down. I remember one time the bus rammed the presidents car and threw everyone out of it, then the presidents staff and security getting ran over by the cops on bikes. It was a edgy time to be alive and I wouldn't have changed that.
