I like Mr. Trainer so much. He seems like such a kind and easygoing person. A lot of guys that looked as great as him would have a huge ego. Glad you see you are still such good friends. I laughed when you kept yelling, "lower, lower" when Mr. Trainer was posing with the towel. And he did really well at the bodybuilding competition too. He sacrificed so much for the competition. He looked so fit. It was funny when he forgot his competition outfit and had to go home to get it. Thanks for another great video.

I have a prediction that the main reason why Mr. Trainer has such a great demeanor for a fitness enthusiast is because he's all NATURAL. Lots of other guys have aggressive and ego tendencies because they use steroids and other drugs. But Mr. Trainer seem to be on the natural side, at least for some time. Who knows how long did he go in his earlier days with enhancement drugs. But it's understandable... People wanted good physiques and grow muscle fast. Glad that he turned around and choose to go cleaner. Also, kudos for admitting the truth!
