So you got RPG maker 2003 and no idea [TUTORIAL 01] - Getting started and the importance of folders

HOMEWORK: (Yep I'm going there - By demonic decree, get off youtube and go do things!)
Make your first map, decorate it with the default tiles, and play around with the different layers!
If you decided to use the free Wolf PRG editor, the same homework applies.
The main difference lies in the fact that you don't have three layers, but four.
Basically, Wolf RPG lets you layer more objects in the scene, which can be nice
if you are looking to make more detailled sets.
We will go into muuuuch more detail about tilesets in future videos,
but this just aims to get you started, no matter how little experience you have!

i love this. Hope this tutorial ends up actually covering everything about the engine. It's ancient and not the easiest to work with, and I've never seen a tutorial series about this engine actually get finished. Also I like your quirky adorableness. :3
