it happens. if you're living near each other, it's a little easier to deal with. we all have our own homes, families, lives, jobs, etc, but each week I host a game night at my house and whoever can make it comes over and we just hang out / play tabletop / board games, go out to eat, and just hang out. we all live within about a half hour or so of eachother, so this really helps us stay in touch.

Accountability is definitely a big help when trying to goals. Me and a friend decided to do nofap for a month (the month of September) (for seemingly no reason other than a challenge) and we both made it without relapsing even once. The fact that we knew if we failed, we fail each other too, helped a lot, and if it wasn't for that, I probably would have lost it in the first week, and him on the first day.

I went through this last year. I lost nearly 70 lbs in around 6 months. it's really not as hard as I thought. the biggest thing is counting calories. if you eat less than you burn, you're going to lose weight. simple as that. there are websites where you can log everything you eat and it tracks everything. just do that to start with and you'll notice weight loss basically right away. i'm working on a series of videos called 'gamer weight loss" right now actually about my experiences

I always sucked at just being forward about things like that. If I was interested in someone, I'd typically try to get to know them, be friends with them, then hope that it evolved into something more. Usually it didn't, but at least I ended up with a new friend, which could be a lot worse. I took the easy way out and met my awesome gf on a dating site. lol. that way, at least you know that both of you are looking for the same thing.

That's probably because that makes it easier for people to see where the words in his username ends and starts. "yourchoicenotmine" is harder to read then "YourChoiceNotMine" . In a comment you have space between your words so you don't need capital letters in the begining of each word to make it easy to read
