"If you put yourself out there in the world as a person who can be taken advantage of, who's okay with being a second rate toy, people WILL show up and provide that service for you" I never realized I was doing this to myself when I first watched this video. A year and a half later, I'm a completely different person and I couldn't agree more. Very wise words. You cross a threshold eventually where you realize what you're doing isn't working, and the only logical solution is to change. Although, I still over-analyze things haha. Perhaps I still need to find this 'artistic escape' you mentioned. Becoming very career oriented hasn't exactly helped the situation, albeit a great escape considering I enjoy it a lot. I'm trying not to develop this pessimistic point of view where "I'm always going to over-analyze things" isn't an option, but it's becoming more and more difficult over time. tl;dr Your "So you're..." vlogs actually helped me more than you could imagine and did, for the most part, shape me into a person that I can be proud of with help from videos like "So you're lonely" and "So you're socially awkward". If you ever do read this comment, I would just like to thank you whole-heartily and say I appreciated the time and effort you put into these videos, for our benefit. And for my benefit.

But that's not how it works, give your best shot at it, put all of your determination and hard-work into it, and if all goes wrong, don't worry, there are tons of thing that human beings and you are good at! Best of luck!

Cure to Social anxiety is to /make/ yourself confident. Don't even think about it, just act confident. You will see a change in how people respond to you, and you will just be confident. Also helps to socialize with friends, practice conversations. But don't over think about the formula that goes into making a good conversation, just let it it flow. Be confident. He's been using it for over a month now and tweeted about it a day or two ago. It's looking to be pretty durable. The only issue I think he found with it was if you adjust the stick sensitivity with the sabretooth itself then you get a deadzone on your sticks and won't be able to sprint, etc. Leave it on default and just use in game sensitivity options and you'll be fine. I'm thinking of getting one myself at some point.

I've had this problem but she was single and I couldn't approach her because my feelings were too complicated. If you're stronger and smarter than me, the best way to get past things like that is to talk about it. You will come to and understanding even if it becomes awkward you will feel better about it. Or just wait it out. Chances are if you're in high school the relationship or your feelings wont last

anyone else have a problem with life because it is all about what you are "supposed" to do rather than what you want to do? the fun and intrigue of everything is sapped when you are forced to do it. you feel crazy purely because everyone around you is crazy. but if everyone is "crazy" then they are all normal. you realize your potential but just knowing your potential is good enough. idk the words, definitely lazy though. this is all over the place but hopefully some similar minds out there

the most important thing is diet. Working out / lifting weights will help you have more energy and look more toned as you lose weight, but weight loss is like 90% diet. If you jog a mile, you burn just a couple hundred calories. It's much easier to just eat a couple hundred less calories. Just cut out snacks / eating fast food / soda, and that's hundreds of calories right there.

See if you can do anything about the maths on your own. If you can get the school to enter you in higher maths papers without you being in the higher class, you can use youtube and other sites to learn and revise the higher topics. My maths teacher has a youtube channel for maths (HegartyMaths) which has hundreds of videos to help us (and others) out, which could be a good place to start looking. Bear in mind that this is for the UK curriculum, so it might not cover everything you need.

You need to let go man, the best advice I can give you is to just let go. It happened three months ago, nobody hates you because one girl didn't like you. Don't expect everyone you like to like you back. Just don't worry about it, everyone (and I mean everyone) has been rejected. The next step is to ask out another girl, if she says no don't spend three months with your head down, ask out the next girl, and keep doing that. Don't worry rejection isn't that serious, happens to the best of us man.

Also I've no idea if you're doing commentary or not since I've got my PC on mute atm but if you're not then that might be worth trying if you're just throwing up gameplay with minimal editing. Maybe try a few games that aren't COD as well as there's at least a few hundred channels uploading COD videos every day. That's the best advice I can think of and it pretty much sums up the good advice I've seen thrown around on KZbin.

Had a quick look at your channel and it looks like you only gave it a real go for just over a month 8-9 months ago then just stopped until 4 weeks ago when you started up again. I've had a problem with keeping videos up but I think you just have to keep at it, take 4 weeks ago as you starting your channel fresh and go from there. Also try to enjoy the recording and editing parts so the views don't matter or at least matter less and you're motivated to make more videos for yourself.

I just want to (maybe) correct you on one thing in this video. The question "So you can't learn from your mistakes..." Isn't quite linked with the insanity definition. I think it was more, they either can't identify what the specific part the mistake was in what they did, or that they don't have the motivation/willpower to act upon it. They don't expect a different result from the same action, they can't find a way to change their action, or at least, change it for a better result.
