Yield is around 4%. 100 kgs of seed will give you 4kgs of oil.

With regards to advise on milling before depositing in the hopper, should one mill right up to a flour consistency or granules/grits?

You will probably find that a flour consistency is a bit too fine, so maybe go for something a little coarser. But I strongly advise you to experiment and find what works best for you!

Can the seeds be Roasted before milling??

No, roasting will give the oil a different flavour.

What machine separates the powdery coat from the seed before processing the seed

You need a gentle mechanical process. Don't wash the seeds, as the water will spoil the oil. Any sort of tumble-dryer type machine will do it.
