Best success for 25 Mark, I think you have the balance right on whats on your channel. You are my goto guy for MCS and whats going to happen to them as the whole uk solar journey continues. Just like mulder said "the truth is out there" 😎

Numbers aren't everything. It's nice to watch someone who is technically competent straightforward, honest and calmly professional. It's refreshing to see how much effort you put into opportunities for learners wishing to enter the trade.

It would be interesting to see tables of LUX against power production - simply for comparison. I take daily LUX levels and monitor output on my new (October) installation. I can see what I get, but don't know if it's good or bad...... I'd be willing to share if it helps. I am region 7E (North West)

Hi Mark, do you want a sixty eight year old apprentice?

Just had solar installed (not by you) and I went up on the roof and noticed a number of the panels appear to be scratched, is this normal?

The frames can often be scratched. The top surfaces can sometimes appear so but is usually water staining. Hard to say without seeing what you are seeing lol

@electrician247 thanks for your reply, it's the actual surface that is scratched not the frames and it looks like it may be from the underside as I can see them but cannot feel them. I will have to take it up with my installer.
