So You Want to Learn Lily... | Road to Master

Another first video in our road to master series, we have the new grappler, Lily! For some reason she's been at the bottom of tier lists so let's see what people are thinking. The first video of each series will include a short guide/tutorial at the beginning. It won't be complete with optimal combos, but should be enough to get you and me started in ranked matches. Then, we'll see how we do in our placement matches and try to place as high as we can in ranked!
Street Fighter 6, the next game in the iconic series, will release in 2023! Take part in the Fighting Ground, which focuses on the classic fighting game experience with modes from previous games in the series. Two new modes will be available alongside: World Tour, an immersive single-player story experience, and Battle Hub, which will further expand the scope of player communication and engagement. A good tip for anyone playing with or against Lily. Her normal Spires are ALWAYS NEGATIVE, if she is facing you during the blockstun. If she's hitting you with her SHOULDER she is SAFE or even POSITIVE.

If you DP or just jump with good spacing over a DI then you can always get heavy SPD. It's usually optimal damage if you don't have meter

Lily is one of my fav characters, she’s just not “tricky” enough for SF6. She would have been great in sf4 instead of thawk. In sf6 you need high mobility, damage output and to be a bit tricky, imo.

Just used Modern control. There's no shame for using Modern control considering pro players like Tokido also used Modern control.
