Depends on the sensitivity I've become less sensitive the older I've grown. Become sensitive to others feelings but for me what others say doesn't hurt me anymore it's when there deeds hurt me that I become protective or aggressive. If someone cheats I'll just cut them off if someone tries to physically harm me they will wish they didn't. If someone tries to psychologically if even possible manipulate me I'll just manipulate back. However I'm not vengeful mostly calculated, I'm in the eagle phase and my Sagittarius rising and aries moon have helped me out alot.

I think I have had the Scorpio stare before with a coworker I would always catch him starring at me many times and then it would last way longer than usual but he would never smile so I didn’t know what to think I’m a Pisces btw and then I like started to notice him after I realized that that he would constantly watch me and I started to like him a lot but he never spoke to me I tired talking to him one time so that I could tell him I like him and the whole time while we were together he never spoke so I didn’t say anything. it was awkward I could feel the vibe very tense and then I quit my job because i could help seeing him every day .... what do you think ?

If he never said anything to you.. You probably failed the test. If you would have passed y'all would be talking by now. He probably didn't like something about your energy. My Scorpio chased me for over a year and asked for my number several times before I finally gave in. Next time be more reserved like they are... I am naturally reserved so that's not a problem for me. Or he could not have wanted you at all and was just in deep thought. But he wanted you he definitely would have said something, they don't seem to give up. My Scorpio starred at me all of the time, and I would just ignore him.
