Kovai is looking interesting because they are expanding to Chennai which is a main hub for Tamil Nadu and from here onwards they can reach to other cities as well, once they build their brand at major city. Market might not give high multiple due to geographical concentration,but it is their moat as well, as they build brand in that particular geography and on their educational side they can identify good Doc and staff and in return those Doc and staff can generate good reputation and revenue for them. Yatharth is looking interesting because of capex plan and reducing dependency on Govt. Jupiter is looking interesting because they are coming with capex in Indore and Mumbai ( where land is a problem) and in Indore they still has capacity to cater new patient as well as in Pune. Their debt become zero which lead to financial leverage as well. At last thank you paaji for teaching what actual research looks like to a nerd person like me.Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I never invest hospital stocks because I feel strongly about the ethics of making money from situations where people are already facing significant heath and money challenges. Hospitals are places where individuals and families go during some of the most difficult moments of their live whether it's dealing with illness, injury, or loss. The idea of making money from their suffering feels wrong to me.

I have a thing which is bothering me. First of all, thanks for another timely video. I already had hospital stocks in my portfolio. But later it felt like im commiting a sin cause we know how hospitals make money. I was seeing the profits growing and was happy. But later point, it felt like investing in hospitals are a sin. Now today i came across the stocks which i exited after investing, it moved well. Im confused whether to invest in hospital stocks or not. One side, hospital make the society better, but on the other side, they make business out of others sufferings. Kindly guide me through this situation anyone.

Suffering is universal and unending. Hospitals don't add to this suffering any more than a lawyer, police or politician. They at least allow us to choose between life and short term financial hardship. This does not mean that there aren't hospitals that cheat. But there are some listed hospitals in India that are very comfortable increasing their prices in line with inflation. These hospitals prefer to constantly generate value through efficiency and scale. Find them and invest in them.🙏

One humble suggestion to make the analysis more helpful and easy : 1.What is the most important factor to observe for analysing or differentiation of a stock in a sector ? For example ,in hospital sector brownfield capex , raising bed occupancy, taking lease of building , margin expansion on rising occupancy, general or specialised category - which factor will be the key takeway for good growth in a hospital ? 2. Which metric is the most essential in analysing the balance sheet of a hospital - is it operating profit margin quarterly or cash flow or 15 to 20% pat growth quarterly ? Please analyze Industrials and Appliances sector , because with rapid modernisation and introduction in Artificial Intelligence should Industrials sector get। disrupted in India or this sector will not get disrupted for incresing capex by Government and private sector ? 1.
