@@RoyExplores I lived on Santa Maria and we used to go watch the waves crash over and I had noticed when people were walked their dogs right next to the light pole the dogs would jump up like something bit them ,lol. We watched one after the other do it. I realized the were getting an electric shock. I wonder if it still does it.

Great video. How did this compare to a normal high tide? I really liked how you can see the sea level rise when you have the shots of the pier. Definitely want to get to Pacifica next time I'm out there.
