Aww man, we stayed in Pagosa Springs about a year ago and it is a special place. Those hot springs are healing. Unlike a bathtub, the heat stays constant so it really penetrates deep down to your bones. That valley along 160 leading up to Wolf Creek pass is so lush and beautiful. Looking forward to your Ouray adventure. I went there many years ago and saw wild mountain goats while hiking.

So, after watching a few of your videos, I decided I needed to come to Colorado. Just pulled into Pagosa Springs this evening. Will be Durango, then a few days in the Silverton and Ouray taking the same hikes you shared, including the Jeep rental. The crazy thing is on my way through the mountains today my Sprinter van wouldn't paddle shift anymore and I noticed I was losing power climbing the hills. I made it to my campsite and when I was talking to my wife this evening, who couldn't make this trip with me, and as I told her what was happening with the van she said "Iwas watching a video this evening of a young couple who took their Sprinter van to the Artic Ocean. While they were traveling, the van had the exact same issue. " She texted me the link to the video. I opened it up and started laughing. It was you guys! I watched Adam deal with the valve issue, and now I know what I'm doing first thing in the morning before I make the hike up to four mile fals. Your videos got me here, and then helped me with my van. Love watching u guys!!!!

Hello Adventurers😊😊😊, those hot springs looked VERY inviting. I sure wish I was there. My son and I spent 4 days in Miami with day trip to Key West...and got drenched from torrential downpours but made the most of it by checking out cool places in the Keys and it was nice and sunny, and we aren't done as we are headed to the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve. I have done the Million Dollar Hwy and Ouray is a cool town. It definitely looks like the "Switzerland of the USA". The ride is absolutely SPECTACULAR!! Great video👍👍👍👍👍!

I’ve hiked that trail to the first waterfall before when I lived in Colorado! While playing around at the falls, we got hit with a pretty big hailstorm. We took cover under the shelf for the worst of it, then hiked back to the car as it tapered off. That was an awesome day, a crazy adventure, and incredibly beautiful views! This video makes me miss Colorado so much!! I’m glad you were able to experience it! Next summer you should go hike up Mount Wheeler in New Mexico! That was, hands down, the most beautiful views I have ever seen. Definitely take some time to sit for a while about halfway up and admire the view with your eyes! A camera doesn’t do it justice!

It's probably 2ish TBSP of Peanut Butter (we do a giant spoonful), 1.5 TBSP of soy sauce, 1 TBSP sesame oil, a few squirts of sriracha, and then thinned to your preference with water. If it tastes not right, we just add whatever we think is missing. This usually makes at least 2 salads worth of sauce, but we probably put too much on ours. We will try to measure it next time!

I think the hank of hair that falls in front of your face (the same that whips around in the wind), Kathryn, MAKES the air guitar scene. And hearkens back to hair bands (before your time, mostly). Whaddup with the sandals / flip flops on that trail, A? And in the snow? "A" must actually stand for "Alaska". I know there's a lag time with these Adventures, but have you been dealing with any smoke from some of the wildfires (which are not ginormous like last year but the heat wave has led to an early fire season in the West)? I love the look of Utah, but the green of Colorado. Love the green.

Hahaha we have been waiting for someone to comment on Adam's shoes 😜 They are hiking sandals and some people even hike the AT in them (blog.chacos.com/can-you-hike-sandals/). They are awesome, sturdy, and have great grip. We saw a bunch of smoke yesterday and a couple days have been hazier, but it isn't too bad yet. Super sad to see that they are happening extra early 😭

if ya'll make it further into San Juan mountains, Creede is an old mining town that has some great little places to shop and eat.
