Honestly there's nothing complicated here, that's why I didn't show it. This dog is made entirely of elongated spheres or cubes with a fifth level subdivision surface. It takes about half a minute to make

If you mean what is reflected in the material, this is the HDRI map (the photo from which the main light is taken)
