How do you enable the Motec LCD in the bottom middle of the screen?

It's from the workshop. Here's the link steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2549847780&searchtext=hud Once you're in game, go to the graphics and there's an HUD option, so you can change it
