Jurgen, thank you. I really try to nail those landings because there are days when the weather is down and you really have to be right on the money with them. Don

Great flight with a ton of great views. The editing is top notch. Man I love those Honda Jets. I was a partner in a big NASDAQ market making firm for many years, but I've always been based in Chicago. We sold the firm to Merrill Lynch and I haven't been back to NYC in 10 plus years. It'll always be one of my favorite big cities in the world. Cool seeing it again from altitude. I appreciate the time and effort you put into these uploads. Have a great rest of the week.

What firm are you working with out in Chicago?

For commercial real estate, we are part of the SIOR and CCIM organizations, so we first look for members of those for a local broker.

@@ioptimizerealty Don, I enjoy tagging along with various pilots as they fly their planes, its always fun for me. The thing I really like about flying with you is, you present a relaxed ride. You speak clearly, and provide flight information in a format that is easier to understand. Your presentation method makes it easy for those who are not pilots . . . to want to become pilots and enjoy flying. It also makes it so that those who are pilots, learn more about that nice Honda jet. After-all, I have yet to meet a pilot who is not interested in other aircraft; and some are considering an upgrade. I recently tagged along on a flight in a Gulfstream jet, the pilots were very competent, but their fast, short, radio transmissions to ground, tower, ATC are rushed, and harder to understand by lay people; this is not as much fun (for those who may read this and be thinking, 'short and fast' is the way its supposed to be, please be advised that I received my FCC license when I was 11). Don, you make it really feel like a person is right there in the co-pilots seat, and that is very nice. I suspect that a lot of your presentation style was developed with years of work experience; where making an interesting presentation plays a big role in closing the deal. Thanks for making quality videos that help people develop a love for flying.

Christy, just saw this now so sorry for late response. I really appreciate that. Those are kind words. I have found in many years of flying, that most of the time you can quickly and clearly communicate without being rushed. However, there is definitely airspace and times where I purposely am more concise and actually pick up the speed of my speech. To me, that is part of the fun. Modulating your voice, pace and what you say depending on the situation at hand. Don

Great video - I’m really enjoying your channel. Strongly suggest you lose the music. Adds nothing and really ruins the mood IMO. Less is more.
