I had sleep paralysis bad years ago and seen what I’m pretty sure was a demon of sorts and to be honest it messed my life up pretty bad for a long time. I couldn’t sleep without being afraid unless I was drunk or high and my drinking was already bad but I gotten way worse for years. I’d drink almost every night so I could just pass out and not encounter that scary shit again. It’s been years now but I’m not afraid of it anymore and my drinking has gotten way better. I’m not sure what this has to do with this I guess the ghost story and anxiety lmao. If anyone reads this and wants to know more about what happened in my sleep paralysis I’ll tell you.

Big Ty Had this apartment I stayed in like 12 years ago.In the south they call it "the witch riding your chest" but as I got older I heard of it being labeled as sleep paralysis.I was a teenager & that shit use to scare the fuck out of me!Smh I use to try to raise up from bed in the middle of the night & it literally use to feel like somebody was sitting on my stomach with all their weight.My eyes would be wide open & I never saw anybody that's what messed up the most.Me & my mama moved out of that apartment in 2006 but I still remember all that like it was yesterday

Big Ty , relax man , some people have more sleep paralysis then others . The goal is to face your fear when it happens , the more you fight the more you will hallucinate . Next time you have to look at it straight into the eyes . The mind makes it real , You should be excited to look at it in the face , the excitement of looking it in the face is the cure . Yes I know what I am talking about , I am not a psychologist but I had many sleep paralysis events happen in the past . What a pleasure is to have the phenomena happen again and actually remember to relax and to look at it in the face! RIGHT IN THE EYES ! AMAZING !

Ok First off before this happened that day I was stressed out dealing with a lot on my mind. I went for a nap because I was off and bored around 10 in the morning. It wasn’t about ten mins later I woke but I’m not sure if I actually opened my eyes or if it was a very very realistic dream but I saw the devils looking face but it was cartoonish looking and red but not really scary looking and it said THE DEVIL really weird but it sounded like my voice. It goes away soon as it said that then this black cloud hovers next to me over my chair and it feels like it’s trying to take my or get me and I panic and try to wake up so damn hard I felt like my head was shaking trying to wake up and it was still there just hovering and I finally asked God to make it go away in my head and it disappeared. It felt like 30 mins but it probably only lasted 20 secs. I sat up in disbelief almost of what happened and just scared as hell to be honest then I heard something in the hall way fall. I got up to look like a minute after it fell. I already knew it was something it did then I looked and it was the hall light fixture that fell from the ceiling. It’s never fell before in my whole life living here and it’s screwed in too. I think it was telling me it was real and not just a dream. I’ve had sleep paralysis since but never seen anything again and I hardly ever get it thankfully. It really had me kinda scared for a long time but I’m over it now lol. I believe it was truly something evil and not from here. I will always remember it and to be honest it will always have somewhat of an effect on me for my whole life but I don’t fear it
