Actually, technically Anubis is the son of Osiris and Set's wife (forgot her name). She disguised herself as Osiris' wife, Isis (who is also Osiris and Set's sister), and he bed her. She became pregnant with Anubis. This obviously angered Set, and not long after the whole coffin thing with Osiris happened. Horus is Anubis' half brother. Osiris and Isis gave birth to Horus. I don't know much of Sobek. In some depictions he is related to Horus, in others there is no relation.
