The luxury and the lifestyle once you reach the half constructed Silver Oaks road, the Balagere road and the Panathur underpass will be one of the kind, with no streetlight, no drains, potholes, dust and traffic all over, knee height floods with 1 hour rain, and a underpass which takes 20 minutes to cross will be one of a kind. And when it rains too much, the underpass will be closed with no way to reach ORR, and if you talk about the new CDP road, work has not yet started yet, because the land acquisition issue is not yet resolved, this location is a crap.

Thanks for calling it out. As a newbie we hardly get to know what all different shit lies ahead and these builders never share entire picture. Scary to put 2CR+ and still have 10 things to worry about.

@@TheMorningLotusit's atrocious that city like Bangalore with such miserable infrastructure no good roads and garbage management and corporation water supply are commanding quarter of million dollars and worrying is people buying such thing which makes more of such projects. Buyers should really debate this why as Indians our standards are low. Try selling such homes with such crap surroundings and water supply to US or Europe people

Launch price was 12k per sqft , later increased to 13k. Is it increased again ? Connectivity is the main problem, roads are very narrow. Better sell it for 9k 😂😂
