For y'all that don't know, scare actors probably have more fun than you have teasing your friends about screaming like a little girl. Don't know about other people, but scaring teenage boys is seriously the best thing ever, especially when they're in a dark hallway and they have no idea that you are literally two feet infront of them.

I agree, I was a scare actor for a few years and loved nothing more than to make the seemingly brave scream and run away like wimps. Made my day!

it can be fun but its hard work. Halloween is so busy (at least where I worked at Netherlands in Atlanta). I'd be pouring in sweat after a double shift.. the worst people to come across are the tough guys who have been drinking and think its ok to touch or punch you which had happened several times when I was a floor role. We are just doing our job folks. Trying to show you a good time. Don't punch or touch the actors in these haunts no matter how scared you get.

It's actually not though, It's very cool and pretty well done but it's not on the level of HHN's actor and theming quality. These things are better at HHN because they have so much money to spend on it, they also have the money to hire the best actors in the area... You literally can't compete with money, the world revolves around it. It's in a way more "extravagant" than HHN in it's set design, but that doesn't make it better. More crap doesn't = better. They can have more "extravagant" sets like this because as has been stated, they focus on this kind of thing, which means a lot of this stuff will be more permanent installations, which means they can go the extra mile with stuff, but again, that doesn't mean the QUALITY is as good, it just means it's more extravagant.

DO NOT tell me after x amount of hours, that I have to sit in the middle of the hayride. I DID NOT wait that long to sit in the middle. I have been to other attractions and had some people sit in the middle and if you didn't want to sit there, no problem. You get off and someone else can take your spot... NOT this place! "SIT SIT SIT SIT!" no option to get off or have someone replace your spot in the middle... to me, that's the worst thing. At that time, that just told me you don't care you just care about the money and getting people thru the attraction asap. I understand the want to go home and not be there until 5am but I paid almost $100 for people to come. You also need to either get a moderator on the hayride or have the driver speak up, because NOT ONLY was I in the middle but this group of people next to me was on the phone the entire time... that 100% SHOULD NOT be allowed.

I love haunted attractions, I don't get scared honestly. I just can't go to them a lot because I'm underage and every time I force my mother to go she screams way to loud and pushes to get out. It makes the experience extremely unpleasant. I really loved the falling roof, super awesome effect. 7:00 made me laugh so hard, please don't do it in front of Sasha! The chainsaws were amazing. Wish I could experience it in person.

I am not scared by much. It takes a lot for me to react or respond to fright. This ride and their commitment to surprising their guests was the only scary experience that actually made me panic for a second. I had no idea what was approaching me, or where it was coming from, it overloaded my senses and as a result, I never missed screamaggeddon when living in Florida.

i think rather than having the people jump in their faces and scream, it'd be a lot more scarier if you put actors to crawl and move inhumanely or be silent with a grotesque look. For example id put an actor in like a dark corner of a silent [soundproof room] and have them just kind of like stare at the wall talking to themselves where their eyes are all black, or stand in the middle of the room just unmoving looking like the grudge, clicking their tongue and twitching. Or like the smiling man. Just quietly follow the guests smiling, and like stopping when they turn back to look. I've always wanted to work in a haunted attraction but that's just a dream :')

The difference between US and Asian haunted houses is quite extreme lol. I like both of them, the US versions are pretty action packed with loud noises and trying to confuse the guest while Asian or more specific Japanese haunted houses build up tension very slowly and try to scare you at a few specific moments. As for this ride, everyone looks a little bored despite the bombastic scenery and everything

While its not my favorite PA haunt, they really nailed it with the production and spectacle-factor. The Hayride is by far their best attraction in my opinion and the trip is worth it for that.
