It’s actually quite a thrill. I don’t “feel” that drop nearly as bad as I have on some other coasters I’ve been on...maybe it has to do with the type of restraints on the ride. The coaster is as smooth as butter and is an absolute blast. Its only problems for me are that it could have used some more elements besides two drops and two Immelmann loops, and it’s very short in duration. But still a great experience!

this was the first ever roller coaster I’d ever ridden the year it opened. Always a favorite of mine. Last night, I got on it in the dark for the first time as I was there for Howl-o-Scream. It’s infinitely better when you can’t exactly see what’s coming up.

Front seat on the outside seat on the griffon is about the closest you ever get to feeling like a bird! Hanging there waiting with nothing underneath you 🙌🏻 the best 5 seconds of your life!!!

It isn’t the same by any means. Yes they are both B&M dive coasters but the layout is completely different and griffon even comes with a splashdown.
