Preacher was the man with the tune Jump Up and Wave! He won his very first Road March title in 1994. Preacher also wrote other songs for different calypsonians before. He gave Super Blue's a taste of his own medicine. What more can be said. Kenny Phillips arranged Jump Up and Wave for Preacher. One Love

The amazing Barnet 'Preacher' Henry... needed to do some exercise before d carnival season though. Performing this song was indeed hard; to jump and wave, sing and keep yuh breathing in check. Yet, d man won d Road March title with this big power tune. The critics said a lot but I found it was a truly fun song... take out someting... anything, together in unity, for ah brighter T&T... Is carnival, bacchanal... If yuh feeling to get on, come on leh we have fun... murdah... Jump and Wave, jump up and wave... The party cyah over! Thanks Preacher for the great vybes!
