Sorry but if you are training explosiveness you don't need to run around or move permanently. It's about performing an action at a 100 percent, when needed.

Yes there’s a difference between cardio and explosive training. For explosive training you require a bigger rest period.

its not sprint, its acceleration and thats a difference
