I will tell you what evidence was destroyed by TMC's Kolkata Police :- 1. Adminstration made the patient party wait for over 3 hours before handing them over their daughter's body. You had ABSOLUTELY NO RIGHT TO DO SO, especially when the College authority had initially informed them of a 'suicide'. What were you trying to do for more than 3 hours? 2. Adminstration was in such a hurry to burn the victim's body without ever giving a second autopsy. Even the parents were against this. What was the rush? 3.Why X-Ray was not done? To know if a bone is broken, you have to do an x-ray, right? OR SO YOU ARE TOTALLY UNAWARE OF SUCH A BASIC THING? 4. Why the adminstration haven't recorded Dr. Sandeep Ghosh's statement? Administration should have done that first, especially when he is so shadily associated with the entire case. Even the High court of Calcutta had asked the same question. 5. What was such a hurry to reconstruct the so-called 'rest' room, when it had not been done in years and suddenly, just next to the crime scene, PWD decided to reconstruct a rest room. Can DNA samples-hair, nails, blood, and semen-not be present there? How do I know? Administration SHOULD HAVE SEALED THE ENTIRE FLOOR. 6. Last but not least, where is the CCTV footage where you so confidently claim that you all have the accused? Show it to us. MAKE THE INVESTIGATION TRANSPARENT. Why haven't you done so? You know, voices like mine will keep asking these questions until and unless adminstration respond. so YES WE HAVE NO FAITH IN Administration AND The Law... Yes, we believe the evidence has been tampered with, and we will keep on believing this and keep on questioning the administration.

You missed few important things. 1.Sanjoy Roy entered the area at 4 am & exit at 4:30 am.this is very very unlikely that a person tortured a lady so brutally and killed her & came out of the room within 30 minutes almost having not injured a little. 2. How did an external person know when and where she go for rest cause the seminar room is not her usual place to sleep 3. How come that police took almost 24 hrs to find the Bluetooth from seminar room? There are many many questions regarding the handling of case and it's a clear attempt of cover up.

Understanding why rapes happen in India and that too so often is extremely crucial. Lacks of schools in India do not allow boys and girls to sit together, talk together or even interact together. Those boys have no idea how to approach a girl or even how to talk to them. There isn't one problem or issue that causes someone to conduct such horrific crimes. Illiteracy, lack of sex education, lack of civic sense, problems in the education system including teachers and of course the broken society we live in that accuses the victims of wearing short clothes or being friendly with people. RG medical College has a history of such incidents! 1. 2001(suicide by Dr soumitra biswas) 2. 2003(suicide by a house staff) 3. 2016(unnatural death of a professor) 4. 2020(suicide by a junior doctor) 5. 2023(intern died due to drug overdose) There was a mention of a porn racket in case of dr soumitra biswas. I don't know if these are mere coincidence or if other medical colleges in India have similar suicide patterns.

we often get mad when foreigners say demeaning things about our country but isn't it us as a society that's giving them he chance to bring those things up? thousands of such cases happen on a daily basis but go unnoticed, and even when they are brought to light and protests happen, hardly anything changes. the revolution has to start with us. victim blaming needs to stop, laws need to be stricter, men need to be educated and taught to respect women. what's the point of celebrating independence day when the women in our country can't even dare to walk by themselves without constantly fearing men?
