This was very helpful and emotional to watch. And see how people can't even afford medication for themselves due to economic reasons.

TY, Health inequities & disparities Definitely 😁 happened & continue to happen to ME. People judge ME regardless that I'm educated & treat ME like SH*T & very unfair in healthcare systems. Pay attention, yes, you can be gaslit by health care professionals who think that you don't have to be treated fairly or overmedicate you with stuff that isn't compatible with you or don't even need or want you to fit in the category of most of their clients, but they refuse to follow the ethics that they signed to treat everyone with fairly regardless of their background, etc. because you don't look like them & they grew up with a silver spoon 🥄 & still stay in toxic connections or miserable & won't do anything about it & get upset if you won't allow them to make you look incompetent or look down on yourself, so they can feel superior. Oh hell Nah 🚫 they are sorry. They don't care about overcoming the social determinants of health (SDOH), many people are discriminated against & they hope they can make the person to go into crisis mode & become codependent on ill-treatment. Oh hell Nah 🚫 Definitely 😁 NOT 🚫 compatible with ME There are so many health inequities & disparities & People like to throw labels on ME & try to make fit into disorders that I Definitely 😁 don't have & don't & never had any symptoms for ever in my life & they take bribes & believe lies from people who were removed from my LIFE & mad because they can't financially abuse me & want ME to financially support & enable adults & be miserable & broke & stagnant, I'm a female why would I need to support grown people & their family's & they don't like ME & don't want ME to have anyone or anything & have the nerve to get mad because I don't fit in their box & don't have those things nor symptoms & try to force their symptoms onto ME & pretend that I'm doing symptoms management for something that I don't have & upset that I laugh 😂 & walk away & I work around their obstacles DAILY without Addictions. Got to be careful these people have to be miserable, they don't use critical thinking skills, they are followers. It's a shame to have that much education & put your license & livelihood on the line. People steal my identity, ID, etc. & pretend to be ME & they have family members, marriage, pregnancy, addictions, share people , have sex without protection, practice RELIGION,etc. It's NOT 🚫 my fault that people are having kids with incompatible people or getting married or pregnant & NOT 🚫 okay with losing it. Or staying or return to abusive people who talk bad about them or abuse them in other ways. & Think that I'm obligated to live like that. They think I'm obnoxious for speaking the truth, but it is okay for them to tell lies about ME. Oh hell Nah 🚫 Bahaha 😂 I don't go to the doctor all the time & never had to go for a pregnancy test nor checkups nor a church or court house to marry anyone because people TARGET 🎯 ME all my life in groups behind my back & sabotage my relationships & take the men that are interested in me & I let them go & I moved very frequently in the past, I never been pregnant nor married ever in my life & I don't practice RELIGION, get married, live with adults, share my MAN with anyone else. Keep your toxic relationships. Definitely 😁 NOT 🚫 my Fault nor Responsibility nor Life nor DESTINY People see Me & still try to make ME look incompetent & see clearly that in person that isn't compatible with ME. It's sad to say, even if I use free services, pay out of pocket, use insurance, I still face the same issues health disparities & inequities because people TARGET 🎯 ME in groups behind my back & violate my HIPPA Compliance Rights & think that I'm a disabled black female veteran that I'm ignorant & supposed to be a doormat or fool So oh hell Nah 🚫 Bahaha 😂 NOPE 🚫 I'm NOT 🚫 anyone's victim & don't have lack mentality I do my life purpose every single day. I'm a disabled female veteran who is a holistic health educator who uses the whole health approach & I don't know my biological family members nor parents nor hometown & my original birth records are sealed. NO 🚫, I'm NOT 🚫 selfish or mean for NOT 🚫 allowing anyone to control, abuse, use ME, take my identity & life for money, even though people have stolen my identity for year pretending to be Me & pretending that I live a life that I never had & People only used ME for money & try to get power of attorney over ME or conservatorship over my resources & want ME to be lack & financially support adults enable anyone & their addictions. I'm NOT 🚫 a child, senior, addict, parent, spouse, parent, side piece, black sheep, or anything else toxic excuse to control, use, or abuse ME oh hell Nah 🚫 Bahaha 😂 NOPE 🚫 go find someone else I live my own individual life NOT 🚫 what is expected nor projected

Terrific video, highly professional, and one that deserves a wide audience. It's a pity there's only the organization credit at the end, nothing about the team that made it. Can you add that to the end-credits?

Thanks, John! So glad you liked it. We asked the producer, cameraman, and editor if they wanted video credit, and they passed, so that's why it's just us at the end. However, several of our staff "star" in the video as actors and actresses, and all the providers are close partners of ours. If you'd like specific information on the production team because you'd like to work with them, shoot us an email at inquiry@ccmu.org and we'd be happy to share!

You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink. If people let themselves go so badly, and then have all of these conditions because they did nothing to prevent them, it gets a little hard to care. I mean financial situations and access are one thing, I have compassion for that completely. But having many comorbidities that could've been at least somewhat managed by the choices of the patient is another...

Explain! but do NOT talk down to patients - ask them if they understand then explain, explain, explain! For the majority of patients are illiterate of medical terminology and may be illiterate of English as a spoken or written language...
