My sons first concert at eleven 2011 Columbus,Ohio my son reminded me of my past! Dad do you remember Social Distortion yes I do and we shared that great evening together!! Best concert ever!!! Loved it a great concert with my son!!

Just putting this here. I found this song right after me and my old girlfriend went to a Percussion concert at our school when we got to the car with her parents we were on our way to drop me off at my house. He turned this song on and all of my love was there, I loved her and her family so much, I have had this song on repeat for I dont know how long just to try and remember the good times. But now as I listen to this song more I feel a lot more of a connection, I loved her so much and everything about the relationship with her but it wasn’t a great one. She was just only on her side never wanted to hear my thoughts and feelings, I didn’t think of that too much until she broke up with me because I was “too hard to love”. Everyday I think of her. But this song, it to me sounds like he is reaching out for help because he is trapped in a self centered relationship and he wants to speak himself and his feelings, and now that’s exactly how I imagine this song. Wanting to break free and explain your feelings. But even as she broke up with me about two weeks ago, I still am in love and I know it will take time. I got a rid of the ball holding down the chain. Now I just have to get rid of the chain.

Seen them live about 15 times. Every show is different feel even if they do the same songs. My favorite band. That said, some shows are better then others as if Mike is in a bad mode it shows through. When he is on though (say 75% of the time) will flat blow the top off of a venue. Them with Flogging Molly was a E P I C, though that was a night Mike was a bit off. Regardless still the band I will go see every time they play anywhere within 4 hours of me. SD is like most things - they have mellowed and improved over time.
