This is one of those videos that everyone has to watch at some point, regardless what instrument they play. Pretty much the perfect summary of the power and beauty of social media (and toxicity, duh) Thanks for the insights! Also, nice seeing my IG contribution made the video ngl!

This was definitely helpful, and not just with drumming or anything band related, but with any hobby.

FANTASTIC VIDEO!! most of this stuff may seem a little common sense but I absolutely loved how REALISTIC you were with everything (especially considering the current state of the world). Very inspiring and I’ll keep active observation in my mind from now on. Hope you keep on doing what you do brother. 🙏🙏🙏

Great video Kyle! I couldn't agree more. As a drummer who started out from primarily social media a few years back, it is all certainly helpful!

Posting practice is great for improvement! I've been doing it on insta for about 70 days now and I and my staff see significant improvement

This video was very helpful and insightful. I really appreciate your professional understanding and point of view that can help beginners and veterans alike become a little (or in my case, A LOT) better. Your cinematography and creativity never disappoints, and I look forward to amazing videos like this in the future. I do have one question: would you be interested in doing a drum equipment care guide/tips video? Thanks Kyle!

Thank you for making this video. It inspired me to make a practice account on Instagram. I want to make drumline more than anything. I’m a sophomore in pit.

Great video regarding social media and it's musical usefulness outside of "being social"! Out of curiosity, what changed your opinion of TikTok from a few years ago? I've used your video, "TikTok: what it is and why it sucks" as part of my rationale to avoid the platform and I'm wondering if you would have an 'addendum' to that video for 2021?

For anyone who wants really wants to dive deep in both Drum-set/Rudimental Drumming, please check out Geoff Fry and his Marching related channel Freestyle Rudiments, he an incredible all around drummer from the UK and his content are both informative and insightful. Both of his channels (Geoff Fry and Freestyle Rudiments) are criminally underrated and he deserves much more, so please check out this fellow KZbin drummer. He also releases well-made percussion books, so he got all the drumming related content you could ask for.
