For a judge to say he can still work while sitting behind a desk is just crazy.

What can I do since I can’t work and I have PTSD from a doctor in Puerto Rico diagnosed me with it. and other bunch of other mental health conditions.

Get a copy of your medical treatment records from day 1 as well as your X Rays MRI's and CAT SCANS and any civilian doctors documents. Include all of your Disability Rating Letters. Find a law firm that deals with Social Security stop by their place office and set up an appointment. Then provide them all of your information from the VA HOSPITAL. Always use a law firm to fight social security. The cost of the Law Firm is tax deductible. I used Shook & Stone out of Las Vegas and won my case in 4.5 months. Good luck Brother.

OIF to you you slow ass . Breaking it down to you Barney style to slow retarded never even been to any kind of deployment no balls to fight for his country like I did . Fuck outa here you bum
@PuertoricanmarriedtofilipinaАй бұрын
@Yohoo272 have you ever been to Iraq for 15 months straight and had your grandfather passed away . But you know that your job in the military comes first than anything else. Have you been ever diagnosed with PTSD, depression, anxiety, sleep apena , insomnia, anger issues , and other conditions. I would curse you out since I can't do it due to the guidelines on here I can't . Yo you don't know me. You never been in my shoes. You probably never wore the uniform . You probably bought your uniform at a Army plus store that's about it . Even if you where even a soldier .You did everything to avoid to getting orders to deploy . You have no b....s to even come on here to make any comments about me . God bless you

If you're a veteran with a 100% VA disability rating, you may also be eligible for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). The two programs are separate and have different eligibility criteria. To apply for SSDI, you need to demonstrate that you're unable to work due to your disability. The Social Security Administration will evaluate your condition based on their criteria, which may differ from the VA's. If you need further assistance, consider joining the Disability Digest. We offer a step-by-step course on disability approval and live support. You can join us here: bit.ly/34wviJY.

Don't forget you have to have 40 quarters. So if you less forget you want get approved. 🤬🤢🤮😭
@TheDisabilityDigestАй бұрын
Under Trump's presidency, remember that eligibility for Social Security benefits still requires 40 work quarters. If you don't meet this criteria, approval can be challenging. Stay informed and consider exploring other potential benefit programs if you're short on credits.
