I did my exam in jan 2022 and as an adult private canidate without the aide of classes or tutors, just a textbook and your videos, I am happy to say I got a grade 2. But paper 2 mash me up

Remember expenditure is money that is being spent and revenue is money that is coming in so it would be "C" because it said "A natiobal budget has a deficit" (which means a loss basically) so if the government is spending more(expenditure) than he is receiving (revenue) then the answer would be "C"
