I appreciate this video so very much. I work in SUD field and inevitably see this happen many times in these past 30 years. My peers really lean into it...I used to however now I am trying to use MI and leaning back not into...still struggle...say too little or nothing..

This is why some people choose not practice for local authorities or the NHS as they focus on ☑️ boxes . We spend more time writing assessment than engaging with the community .
