Hi All, I am facing one issue need your advice, Please help me out. In 2012 my mother purchase a open plot (Plot in Agriculture land) in Telangana, We have Registration Paper, EC certificate and Plot Maps with proper boundaries. Now, Issue is In 2018 The owner son in-law acquired the land and transferred Land Pass book on his wife name in "Virasat transfer process". How to Deal with this issue, Please help us with ur valuable advice. Thanks, Mukund
