It is good that Aram a collection real life characters fictionalized in Tamil is translated into English to reach wider audience. As a post modern writer he is unique and different. Most of his stories have an underlying traces of philosophy and native culture/idiom. If his magnum Optus Vishnupuram is translated into English it would create a mini revolution in publishing world. But a very tough work to translate. I hope this translated work would help readers from other states to know about this legendary writer who is a malayali by birth.

Tamils pioneered in making use of "Animal Navigation" in the early 12th century. It is evident that they observed the nesting patterns of Olive Ridley turtles and had followed them to explore pieces of land even as far as Indonesia. I'm quite unsure if people had used the same or similar methods earlier. Time, Space and Action - the Energy-Mass theories stated by Einstein is believed to be discussed in Tamil Literature earlier than 2 CE. No. Because it have (Indian government) lot of political problems, There are old Tamil Literature, but UNO take care, ?
