This Asaba and Lagos distinction is really laughable to me. The English movie industry has always been from the east Enugu pricisely, b4 they started using Asaba bcos then it was mostly Epic movies. Funke Akindele and all, Ini Edo, Ayo, Bimbo even though they all live in Lagos then. So this separation is just since Netflix and the yoruba section is now flooding movies. But we should not forget that Genevieve Nnaji's movie THE LION'S HEART broke through as the first Nollywood film.

They are lots of people that aunty Funke knows and are friends with that ain’t here- aunty Faithia Williams, Mercy Okojie, madam Mercy Aigbe, madam Nse Etim, madam Omoni Oboli, madam Sola Sobowale, madam Dakore Egbuson etc are all not here….Most of ATCJ cast are also not here….probably only Timini came. So, please it doesn’t mean they have issues. Peace
