Acc.to my understanding vertsehen is sort of scientific method while ideal type is completely subjective approach to intrepret social action ,hence weber both postivist to some extent as well as intrepretivist!!

Sir if one is reading ideal types of weber from ignou, it does incline towards ideal in the sense of what's basic and prerequisite. I got a little confused

zorba the Will add in value-addition videos on thinkers. Otherwise, have added a lot of content in all my previous chapters. For instance, chapters on Stratification, Politics, Introduction to Sociology, Science, Methodology (that is last 5 chapters) have been made extensively using a lot of thinkers and quotes. But yes, thinkers need a different approach. We first need to understand what various Thinkers say and then we can compare and contrast them.
