Great tutorial, thanks Mckenzie! I’ve always darned with a duplicate stitch technique in the past, but my socks seem to be wearing thin in bigger patches/getting bigger holes on the bottom of the foot, so next time I’m going to try this method.

I only wanted to ask, I saw 4 or so knit loops before you started. I need to darn a few socks myself and have never done so, I am wondering why those little loops weren't incorporated to keep the knit from unraveling more? Like I said I have never darned, just wanted an understanding. Thank you so much.

I think your technique shows the best results and - for me, A first timer, the easiest way to succeed... , I would, however, lean with more confidence if the video - post production, was at normal speed... I will be digging into your video library for more clarification! Cha Cha~
