Socks, the reason why the Temple Base tower is not working is because it is a support tower. To use it, you have to put on a tower on top of it. The upgrade on the Temple Base buff the tower on the temple. It gets very powerful.

The sun temple was actually pretty good so for example if you upgrade the sun temple to a random upgrade that triples the attack speed (shown on the description of the upgrade) you could actually click it’s ability then select a monkey then that monkey will have triple the attack speed.
