Never too late! I’m in the process of body comp to do Air Force or space force. I WISH I had joined army after high school but now I’m early 30s and feel AF or SF is best for my old brittle bones 😂😂😂

I had this, and trains with the teams while overseas. I still use it to this day it’s gotten me through surface rescue swimmer training and assault craft training.
