So the worst dps spec in the game, elemental shamans is nerfed on PTR ? how the fuck is Blizz thinking there ? they are buffing moonkins witch is a good thing cause they was almost as bad as elemental but nerfing elemental again ? cause ppl cry in pvp ? what about pve ? ele is shit in pve, and also sure ele can burst in pvp but we cant do anything else than that, if a rogue gets close or whatever we loos 100% of all fights

Why you don't know you can open add-ons in options and then turn off or on and simply type /reload after you don't need to exit game
