The science behind why soda tastes better as a fountain drink (as long as they clean the fountain) is because the straw had the CO2 react to make the soda colder and more electric so it's colder in your mouth longer than the instantaneous hit of warmed up soda from a can or bottle once it touches your tongue. And fountain drinks seem fizzier because of that CO2 reaction

As a huge Dew fan (have tried 124 flavors), was excited to see this video! Personally I think cans are the best since fountains can be inconsistent, but will admit that fountain hits hard when it hits.
