Tbh this is lenient for a wow raiding guild. I remember back when I played our guild required a set schedule, and times where you normally wouldn't be playing but would be available if messaged. If any of those times were filled it needed to be messaged to an officer ahead of time to avoid any planning conflicts. Wow raiding guilds were like a genuine job with but with less tolerance. So either the standards changed or soda IS being considerate of the people here 😅
