i'm surprised how good quality it is usually on aliexpress you get like weird doll parts like I remember that they had prototypes of rainbow high and a unreleased doll line but the quality of this doll seems very good compared to the others on aliexpress! although the stains were pretty bad but those are easy to clean off.

they've solved the wig problem! they recently came out with a v2 head which has a kind of rooted plastic cap on the head.

I loved your video so much! I own one of these dolls too, and something I’ve discovered is that you can get rid of stains and even small dents by lightly sanding the doll’s skin with a very fine grain/smooth sandpaper or nail file block, and I like to use white fabric or tissue then also so the spot is completely smooth after-just good to know for if you have a doll for a while and it stains!

Accidenly due to research for my article about BJDs i found those videos about this brand. About legitimacy - recasts currently are not same as old days. Actually computers and 3d software which are used to produce those lowcost dolls making them more like plagiarism not piracy. And well we have so many companies so you can make plagiarism by itself, just using some doll as reference. Major problem with BJD on market platforms, as AE that legit makers are not present here (may be because waiting time for legit doll are more than 5 monthes). Thank you for video

Probably too late but I like to use double sided tape to keep the wig on the head, not the regular tape though the one used for clothing

Someone informed me these are recasted from TinyFox dolls, I don't know the specifics on that but just something to keep in mind. :)

They are not people been saying that they look like dollfie dream and other anime dolls. Which she got this doll from the real account that’s on Aliexpress. This doll is way different from TinyFox dolls. I think some doll collector’s are maybe upset because this type of anime doll is way more affordable than other anime dolls. Just to let you know ☺️✨🌺✨

@@brookehenderson525 I don't think it comes from a place of anger about it being a cheap alternative, the brand selling them has recasted parts from BJD in the past so I think people are just wary! They may not be Tinyfox recasts, that's only what I was told and the images I was provided matched up enough that I thought it was plausible.

@ferret I get where you're coming from. Dream Fairy has been known for recasting dolls, so it isn't out of the question for them to have done so with this one.

And then Dollfie Dream recast TinyFox. They look similar doesn't mean they are recast of each other. They might look the same because they are based on an anime style doll. All the anime style doll are same, there is nothing wrong with it.

@@livliv2384 I don't think you understand what recast means. It refers to taking another artist's doll and using it to make a mold to then sell as your own doll
