If soda loses, Tyler1 will forever be guild leader until OnlyFangs 3.0. And if Soda wins, that's pretty obvious. Whoever is telling OF to not use shields is wrong. Healing a dps warrior is like healing a rogue without evasion. If dps pull threat, they're bad dps. It's not the tanks job to fight for threat. You give the tank time, especially on hc.

As well your DPS will get more geared as prog goes reason why you want to gear tanks first because if a DPS starts doing more dps than the tank they lose threat, so reason why warriors mainly use DW/2h for tanking. It's only later on you need a shield but at that point it's mainly to pop defensive like shield block or shield wall or another CS

As someone who has plenty of professional leadership experience as well as a father of 4... Rewarding good behavior is going to go further in building the desired outcomes than punishments ever will. I like the story of the Carrot and the Stick or the Honey / Vinegar saying. There also needs to be punitive measures for extreme circumstances, but the reward system is far more powerful. I think that is the larger issue with OnlyFangs (as someone who is not at all invested).

​@@strife3044 the thing about Tyler is that he can push himself far beyond what the normal person can do, if he has the desire to do so. We have seen it in chess, league, streaming and now wow. The fact that he has very little guild management knowledge yet, doesn't really matter because he has the mindset to excel in whatever he does. I think with some exposure, he will handle being the guild leader and do very well.

The thing is Soda knows he (or someone else with high viewer count) should attend for these meaningful events so it's more than 10 viewers, but when T1 is just "delegating" it to someone else with much less viewers... it's not even content anymore. If 4 people unaliv3d in game without them streaming it, you cannot say its a content guild. If a level 30 getting the level 60 item that the level 60 character needs just in spite, you cannot be a good guild leader. The point being to prepare the people for the real deal, have fun but stay on the task. You cannot control the people to do the task you cannot be a leader
