The red/green button in the teleport menu are toggles, letting you switch off the teleport locations for that specific line. In this case red/Gordon is for the main line while green, which has Robin in it, is for the Kirk Ronan branch. That Kirk Ronan branch is actually the most recently added location to the game, so it's amusing that it's the first one you visit. ^_^
