When it comes to character development; your series definitely has it in ample supply. I imagine Diesel (despite the nameplate) will be mostly known by his familiar name since as Diesel more-less indicated old habits die hard in regards to nicknames but still a pleasant surprise to have a mark of respect for his old driver. I also love the clever nod to the green livery you applied to Diesel and indirectly referencing the results of the polls by Diesel saying it wouldn't work.Oh and of course the techno-gadgetry to finally implicate 006. Absolutely brilliant!

Now, am I the only one who liked Diesel's green and yellow livery? I feel like I am but what a fantastic episode! Emily gave it right to him. She's MOST DEFINITELY not the one. James looked indignant too. I adore Diesel-oops, Damien's new name. It suits him. I hope 006 learns his lesson! He's lucky he wasn't scrapped. Everyone's VA did fantastic. I can't wait to voice again!

That was brilliant, WildNorWester! Not only seeing Diesel put his natural talents to good use, but finally make peace with his past (and Duck). Truly proves that good things like this are worth waiting for and that genius like yours cannot be rushed! I can't be the only one who was surprised to see Diesel get a proper name, though. For a second I thought it was a whole other engine shunting when Duck pulled in. Wonderful all around, as always.

So Diesel is now named Damien it suits him well. Great story and a wonderful way to how Duck and Diesel can be friends and let there past go. I've seen Diesel did change in the Official show but now days Diesel is a overrated mix engine. With your Diesel He learns, Sees he's not better then others and is more mature and gets along better with Duck and the other Steam engines and used is Skills for good and not Evil . This why I prefer your Diesel of the TV shows Diesel. Great Story's and wonderful Work. keep it up.

Hopper 003 undoubtedly decided to toe the line - at least at the time of 006's uncovering and shifting out as the culprit. I've got a feeling that 003 might surface again! And seeking revenge but not on the Little Western - Thomas's and Edward's branch lines might be good targets. Hmm well? What about that as a story? NWR 1991?

georgemiser S is probably 'shunter' or something like that. And the number D1 is already occupied by Daisy. Diesel/Damien was the first diesel to work on Sodor, but not the first one to become a part of the NWR. He joined the NWR during the construction of the Arlesdale Railway.
