Is a mechanic + Animal whisperer viable? Can I have pets AND turrets out? Thinking of using this build minus the leadership. And maxing animal whisperer

im pretty sure you can now i havent created the build yet however as my game kept bugging out and i always seemed to lose my animals so i kinda got fed up with making animal whisperer having your honey badger disappear 2 turns after getting it....the pain is still too fresh lol....but i think theyve patched some of these issues now so cant see why that build wouldn't work if it were me just grab a cat or dog or anything near your base then get into an open world battle and try it with your turret character

Hey dude have you managed to find all cassettes and lore.? Have just completed my 9th playthrough and only find 48 out of 54 cassettes. An the lore is always the same amount I find also...

i havent tried to be honest as early on in the forums im pretty sure someone said its not all in game yet i may be wrong but im sure it was stated somewhere....there is a big update in around 2 weeks possibly theyll implement it then

Doesn't make sense to me to have her sacrifice her own xp to rally the team, when she could benefit from being granted the 2 additional xp herself ? it might give you the chance to drop an extra turret if you have a rouge point or two left ? instead of carrying over to next round ?

its all down to playstyle tbh i find you can have an extra leader as a buffer or her or not have her use the skill like i said i think the level of the character seem to kinda affect the turrets etc damage may be wrong but seemed that way to me hence the charisma and bookworm if you use the rally with this character you still have enough ap first turn to lay 3 deployables then the rest of team usually clear up ie shotty 2 ap shots clears as does rocket guy or melee any left over adds killed via turrets and chain ambush if its a long battle on 2nd turn she has 14 ap to lay 4 more deployables doubtful you'd ever need to go past that or lay more unless its a truly tricky situation if youd prefer her use 4 first turn and another leader in the team thatd definitely work aswell

@@sofasupastargaming Yeah fair, I couldn't see any perks that boost deployable damage linked to other skills tbh and personally wouldn't overlap skills either.....I'd maybe put points in explosives for grenade damage ? I'll have a play about though

@@rtorbs i'd say the only essential thing is the 3 points quirk and mechanics rest is literally down to playstyle i honestly think if you really wanted to with a really strong mechanic you could solo most content although it would obviously be pointless as it would take longer i find using them as a get out of jail free card is best ie if someone dies or you are in trouble they kinda take the heat off the whole team

@@sofasupastargaming what as in 3 points into leadership for the rally perk? You could spam that across the team but I didn't struggle with a sole leader on ranger tbh....probs not same on ultimate jerk though

@@rtorbs ah sorry no i meant i find the quirk death wish for the constant 3ap best if you are staying back of map in cover as then you can deploy lots and you dont have to use a utility item on them so the others in your team benefit from those extra 1ap utility items =)
