Excellent dude, my team is very similar. Loving the use of Rickles on your squad. I attached Donovar to Catherine for his hp-absorbing attacks to further emphasize her hp regen but it’s kind of redundant, enjoying the idea tho! Personally I feel royal dispostion is TOO strong! Simply put, if you don’t have Fred there’s no way you can get as much dmg. Great vid man

Such a good game but definitely has a few things that are a bit on the odd side. Like you said you kind of have to use Fred but most times you would prefer someone else in that slot also their needs to be more buffs to the summons to make them relevant otherwise skill damage will always way surpass even the best summons like oroboros Even if your using Hezeliah to buff them but still for an action RTS this is one of the best I've played in a long time and I would love to see some DLC or a Sequel Further down the line👍

@@sofasupastargaming yes I agree completely, love the game but would love to see some balances. Like you said, I want to experiment more but one slot is dedicated to Fred. For instance, tremina gets a 10 pt boost when paired with Isca, I like the idea but that’s a huge investment for not enough reward when compared to something like Insult to injury. Definitely should be changed to whilst at 100% hp in my opinion that way you could do some nice pairings for range and such under 25% hp is straight up baffling as you would rather just have the team nuke enemies than stand there slugging it out until a passive procs then hope for the best

Fredret's Horse Kick is pretty good. Low CD good positioning to stun enemies and cancel spells. Enemies casting reduces the damage they take by 50% so giving Fred a horse kick is one of the cheapest ways to remove it while having him actually be useful. I'd rather use a cooldown leader + a dragon as adjutant instead of a tank. Because wings is busted especially when it comes out 30% faster. My personal composition is: Andrias (Shield Sub for stun/wither or Crossbow sub for shadow step 0 CD into headshot since he lacks a strong AoE) Fredret (Passive and Horse Kick. Horse Kick's dragging ability is very strong for the most part all I use is Horse kick + mounted charge) Staff sub for heals if Fredret is tanking (which he has the health to do so and he always aggros first because of movement anyways). I believe Brionac still has the bring all enemies to one location skill. Rickles (Cooldown leader + Dragon sub) = Wings to drag everything in rapid fire. Bow has the second highest EP and also she's tankier than the mages. I use Trap caster more than fantail since when trap caster turns orange looks to deal double damage. Low EP cost and fast CD in terms of ignition allows her to kill anything while the team is running to position. Trap caster's range utility is one of the best in the game even though it lacks effects other than damage. But the AoE effect can be combined with wings/mounted charge to murder a cluster of enemies after it's all set up. Final weapon is anti-cavalier which is pretty significant boost against one of the more dangerous enemy types in the game. Estalt (Cooldown leader + skill damage skill + crossbow sub) = Estalt has to be somewhere as he's the only ignition user other than quin... Giving a crossbow sub to him means he'll be among the fastest wither user (also decent damage using it). Rickles drags everything in with wings. Estalt blows up all of them with magic force. Contenders: Shivat lead = cooldown skills + extended effect duration = Technically best ignition user if Estalt/Quin is subbed to him. But has some of the worst personal damage in the game. He's technically the best wings user with a dragon sub too since he brings the fastest cooldown. Umarida lead = literally has almost all the damage personal skills with no cooldown reduction = if Andrias was her sub = assassination bot... Castavere = Cooldown lead with a horse. Though horse EP sucks. I guess he is the best horse kick/mounted charge user for positional nonsense but the base CDs are kind of low enough that fredret brings consistently more damage. Issue with tanks = if the enemy doesn't come close to the player then they aren't that useful. This game is easy enough that most everything dies within a few skills uses. No tanks have cooldown reduction in their leader skills. Issue with Estalt and Ignition. Ignition is one of the most value skills in the game. Party wide movement speed/skill speed/strength up is very busted. Sadly there's only one user of it in the postgame. If both were available, Quin would be Shivat's best adjutant or even Andrias's adjutant for when Rias has some downtime to cast the buff. Compared to some of these leads, everyone else sort of sucks. Though there is that accessory that makes all CDs 1 seconds that could make some characters stronger if they have some EP economy.

Dude. Try Izelair take aggro with Sheild wall, Zoruaq with Catherine’s photon, Agrias with Chappleman’s Wing of storm to gather them even closer, make sure their backs on Zoruaq, and Estalt’s with ignition. Photon on agrias is not efficient because of the weak multiple hits. Equip: Zoruaq with Dragon claw bangle and Knights Bangle.

Nice. walterquin is no longer in the party during mid to late game. How does she and Isca stack in comparison with the other archers/mages? Also it is worth researching staffs or should I concentrate on wands?

they are pretty good but i found due to there absence it made it a lot easier to focus on the ones i chose especially for new game plus as they brought no real team benefits...alos the top on each tree works best for weapons as long as you dont want a skill only obtainable on one off spec from the best👍

Staff if you want ignition but i found salamander covered that anyway so i went with wand moreso and the heals and stuns you get from that👍

a nice combo i find is andrias pair with a tank to use photon blade and he suddely become an auto-attack aoe machine not op but fun.

I didn't knew that you can mix up classes. I thought that you could only combine blue with blue, green with green etc. That's the most important information for me. I either missed it or the game doesn't explain it.

Honestly, this whole game kind of just laid down and died the moment I discovered Ignition + Chain Shot + Assassinate. Even the final boss has absolutely zero defense for the same basic strategy that I used for most of the game.

Does this game seem kinda easy even on hard mode? I’m in chapter 3 and have never lost a battle bc of enemies being difficult (just 1 bc I was stupid). Maybe it gets a lot harder?

It gets a bit harder near endgame but unfortunately its not as tough as a lot of other tactical games i've played the scaling definitely needs adjusting as most times it seems the enemies health is very similar just they can do more damage to you

If you keep up with the leveling you should be ok but it does get more difficult if you don’t since they’ll throw waves of enemies at you and if you take too long dispatching them they’ll start overwhelming you

I believe you get an accessory and a weapon as a bonus plus the soundtrack in my opinion really nowhere near enough to warrant the extra cost👍
