Sofia is one of those rare dancers that leaves it all on the dance floor. She is so wild and passionate. Really hope she gets to be in the upcoming Star Trek movie, because she was great in the prior film as Jayla.

Jean Claude Van Damme, who has done both ballet and martial arts has said that the hardest workouts he ever had to do were in ballet. Not just him there have been a number of athletes from football, basketball, etc that took up dance in order to perform better in their respective sports. So, yeah dance is definitely great for the body
