It better to buy the tickets in advance. You might not get the seat if you book your ticket on same day. Also there is no online booking for it. You need to go to Sofia train station to get the ticket

Bulgaria resident need turkey visa?

If you have Bulgarian passport then you don’t need visa. But if you resident card the you will need visa
