Honestly, I hate doing anything that requires just a little bit of flexibility. I’m not flexible in the slightest way, but I feel if Sofie was my guide, I would do every single day! Love you Sofie keep doing what you doing you always bring a smile to my face 😊❤

Guess what! I was one of the people to become flexible within seven days, thanks to my friend for giving me the motivation to do it! Now it had passed half a year and I am so darn flexible. Now at this rate, my dad thinks I’m crazy with all the contortion. Actually, my whole family thinks it’s starting to get annoying because I’m getting so obsessed. I remember my old self ALWAYS giving up on doing the splits after one millisecond ;-;.

Pretty great results. I’m so inflexible I’ve never been able to touch my toes. Guess it’s time to start trying again. As a triathlon coach, I would recommend putting in some active recovery days or cross-training to relieve the lactic acid. Also some foam roller/stick/massage gun after would help.

wow im impressed i cant even do a backbend im doing this!! edit: BTW: Become Flexible by Sofie Dossi 1. Get warmed up! BACK STRETCHES: This is to improve your backbends 1. Arched Back (hold for 2 minutes) 2. Get on your knees, arch back, and touch your ankles (hold for 2 minutes) Advance to touching your head to the floor later. 3. Reach up, reach to your left leg. Reach up, reach to your right leg. Repeat 20 times for each side, 40 times in total. SPLIT STRETCHES: This is to improve your middle splits and side splits. 1. Butterfly and push down 20 times. 2. Go as far to middle splits as possible, reach up, and lean down for 2 minutes. 2. Dynamic Stretches MOVEMENT BACK STRETCHES: This is still to improve your backbend, but it requires movement. 1. Go into a backbend (as far as you can), then come back around. Do the same on the other side. 20 times on each side, 40 times in total. MOVEMENT SPLIT STRETCHES: This is still to improve your middle and side split, but it requires movement. 1. Hold your leg by the bottom of your knee, and lift up and down-20 times on each side, 40 times in total. 3. Hold dem poses! Hold your side split for 5 minutes, hold your middle split for 5 minutes, and hold your backbend for 30 seconds. Do these exercises every day, and by a week you should be good!

Whoaaa that’s a cool contraption that you used to measure the middle split. I’ve been trying to do a middle split for YEARS. I can put my body down, but I haven’t made much progress with my legs. My butterfly is good too, so I’m curious on maybe incorporating that machine thing. That’s awesome!
