I loved the flashbacks of this episode showing Marcel leading his troops, just like how he was leading his vampire community in the present day. He’s a born leader and I was more than a little impressed watching him in this episode.

finn was the most honorable and human original vampire so the brothers left him in a coffin because he was tea because he doesn't approve of their mass killing. And I think being stuck in a conscious coffin for 900 years and knowing your family abandoned you makes anyone crazy. And watch how Klaus and Elijah joke about it, they're despicable

Marcel proved he is a fantastic leader in this episode, even if some of his people doubted him. Finn got his nose rubbed in the fact that his siblings have grown and changed while he wasn't around them, and maybe all the bad things his mommy said about them aren't true anymore. I'm loving Klaus this season, but he has got to trust the fact that Hayley is Hope's mom and she's just as fierce about protecting her baby as he is.
